      Pros

      Great for students and if you just need something quick, at anytime.

      Cons

      Their website have fake job postings but if you are on them then they will place you somewhere else.

      I hear that sometimes people get placed through this company.

      Cons

      I signed up online with TCG, then called up and asked to speak with a recruiter to introduce myself and talk about my work experience. I was told by the receptionist that I should definitely do that. I tried multiple times on multiple days to do so, leaving phone messages and emails, but could never get through and never received a reply. I even tried a different location, and got the same (nothing).

      Friendly, Pay regularly Willing to give you feedback. Can find jobs for people with no experience.

      Cons

      Unwilling to hear complaints about where you are assigned. Because they make money off you working your assignment they dont care about your assignment at all besides keeping you on it.
