Pros

When the company was doing well (10 years ago) they treated all of their employees very well.

Cons

No work/life balance for sales people. If a sales person is making RHI money - they are able to treat other employees any way they like & it will be over-looked, not dealt with... Admins are treated as "totally replaceable". No value, No incentives, NO Raises!

Pros

Most people are really high energy. There is lots of room for growth and they really give you all the tools you need if you want to succeed. Since it is a large company, you have access to some great technology.

Cons

Hard to be competitive at times because rates were high. Essentially, you are paying for the brand name. I wasn't a big fan of having to make a minimum number of "productive" calls that you actually talked to someone at a company and got some new information that you could report back.

Pros

Good company placements that provided decent resume builders.

Cons

Ridiculous margins on pay. Not justifiable for the minimal service they provided. They only ever placed me and I was a "consultant" for them. No training. No real benefits compared to margin.
