Pros
If you're cut throat, willing to throw your grandmother under a bus to get ahead, this place can make you a lot of money. Be prepared to fight your teammates for every dollar - because they'll try to take it from you. RHI underpays, so employees have to play dirty to make a decent paycheck. They fly you out of state for your training. Free vacation, to the most unappealing place in your quadrant of the country!
Cons
Doing a good job is never as important as the numbers you hit. You could be giving your clients sub-par product (staff), but if you hit your targets, it doesn't matter. You're trained to be pushy, then when clients complain the management team tells you that you lack people skills. This company loves meetings. They have morning meetings, afternoon meetings, end of day meetings, month end meetings, quarter end meetings, year end meetings, end of week meetings. If you want to get your work done, you have to set time aside (usually after working hours) to get it done. Your work hours are spent talking about how you should be improving your productivity (can you say irony?).
