Excellent career path for those that drink the KoolAid and like it, excellent compensation plan, sales tracking, and protected territories and target lists, and excellent benefits and time off policy.
Cons
Serious disconnect between corporate and field (branch) offices, management plays favorites and loyalities are volatile. Executives are remote, seldom if ever seen at the branch level. Highly regimented sales and recruiting processes. Sometimes make decisions in a reactive rather than proactive manner. Branch offices are often last to know about policies or incentives directly impacting branch employees.
