Pros

Great place to learn all aspects of the staffing industry, company has a good reputation and constantly looks for ways to improve their processes. Excellent career path for those that drink the KoolAid and like it, excellent compensation plan, sales tracking, and protected territories and target lists, and excellent benefits and time off policy.

Cons

Serious disconnect between corporate and field (branch) offices, management plays favorites and loyalities are volatile. Executives are remote, seldom if ever seen at the branch level. Highly regimented sales and recruiting processes. Sometimes make decisions in a reactive rather than proactive manner. Branch offices are often last to know about policies or incentives directly impacting branch employees.

Pros

Opportunities for advancement, good benefits, good compensation, earned flexibility. Those who work hard are rewarded with praise as well as money. Contests foster healthy competition and reward those whose efforts get results.

Cons

The hours are not ideal for those who are not used to working a long day or some overtime every day. Those who succeed have come from jobs that required longer hours, such as public accounting. Those who are good at the job also find that 10 hours each day is not enough time to accomplish what you want to accomplish. Those who are not used to working hard will not survive at RHI.

Pros

Training is good for people new to the industry. Salary plus commission is competitive

Cons

At least 50 hour weeks. Very high turnover. No ethical over-site. Management, under pressure to produce, will fudge commission statements in the houses favor. Recruiters and sales people are sometimes forced out to feed their active accounts into the "house account"
