Pros

The autonomy, trust, and freedom to work when and how you work best! A horizontal organizational structure that empowers everyone to have a voice. The benefits and perks are fantastic. A culture of celebration and working alongside incredibly talented people. The ability to make an impact in such a small team and be a part of building something new! Leadership dives into the work and leads by example, no task is ever too small and they are always ready to lend a hand.

Cons

Not really a con, but Roboflow does have high expectations for their employees, be prepared to tackle problems proactively!

Pros

Love the team. Several colleagues have become good friends. Great culture. Ops/management work hard to make everyone feel safe and comfortable being themselves. We are mostly remote, but it is such a fun time when we all get together for in-person events. Some of the smartest and most talented people I have ever worked with.
