Pros

CEO is really promoting being an owner Get to see things and work on awesome projects. Able to grow and use your brain Remote life is absolutely amazing and opportunities to meet up with coworkers

Cons

Long Hours Hard to balance life and work (I think this is solely a sales problem, not a company-wide problem) If you are not hungry and want to work hard this is not the job for you.

Pros

- Amazing team and even better product - Excited users and growing community - Leaders listen to feedback - Benefits tailored to a remote first work/life style - Energizing to work for (I really love this team + role)

Cons

- typical young startup pains such as most employees having too much horizontal latitude - end of the quarter can get gnarly with big pushes - need to be actively protecting your time or else work/life balance can get out of sync

Pros

* Outstanding benefits, great culture, opportunities for advancement. I left Amazon Logistics to join Roboflow, and I haven't regretted my decision for a single moment. I've read a lot about how being black in tech can be difficult, but the team welcomed me with open arms and continues to provide me with everything I need to be successful and to feel like I'm genuinely an integral part of everything we do. If you're looking to learn a lot, take on responsibility, be rewarded for your hard work, and truly feel like you belong, then Roboflow is the place for you. I honestly haven't given other job opportunities a second thought because I don't see why I would need to leave this company.

Cons

* My friends don't know much of anything about computer vision, so it sucks that I can't easily convey how cool my work is to them.
