Pros

1. People here believe we're going to change the world. Building computer vision right now feels like electrifying industries in the early 1900's. 2. We're growing fast. I've already had opportunities to lead cross-team initiatives in my first six months, and we're just getting started. 3. Roboflow is fun. We balance fully-remote with almost-monthly in-person mini onsites. Since joining I've traveled to New Orleans, San Diego, Miami, Austin, and Vegas with colleagues. Mexico City is next!

Nothing to report here - this is exactly what I was looking for when I decided to join a startup.

Some days feel long and oftentimes it can feel like the workload can get overwhelming. Usually this is well received by managers though when asking for help.
