Lot's of really smart driven people to work with. A lot of autonomy, trust, and transparency!

Cons

More to do than we currently have bandwidth for; but it's a good problem to have an the team is growing

Pros

The autonomy, trust, and freedom to work when and how you work best! A horizontal organizational structure that empowers everyone to have a voice. The benefits and perks are fantastic. A culture of celebration and working alongside incredibly talented people. The ability to make an impact in such a small team and be a part of building something new! Leadership dives into the work and leads by example, no task is ever too small and they are always ready to lend a hand.

Cons

Not really a con, but Roboflow does have high expectations for their employees, be prepared to tackle problems proactively!

Want to work in a startup? This is the best one!

Pros

I love working in startups and this is the best work environment I've experienced. Roboflow has hubs in NY and SF for team members that like to be in person, or we can also be remote if preferred, and we all travel and get together for on-site in different cities. It's a great balance between flexibility and being together. Roboflow is very fast-paced and the expectations are high for all team members, but the opportunity for growth and impact are equally high.

Cons

Startups in general can be hard, but we have a great team and there is always someone to lean on or help in hard times.
