-Health Care is phenomenal -Set schedule, lots of voluntary overtime available

Pros

I think everyone that has worked here can agree that the medical benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

The 401(k) needs to be re-evaluated. The company culture is also struggling. Departments do not work well together. Some members of the management team treat lower level employees with disrespect. Lower level employees are expected to know their place and are not treated fairly. Pay is very low

Pros

Most lower level employees are very nice and friendly and the health insurance was amazing

Cons

It honestly just felt like no one cared about the employees doing all the hard work especially during covid. Once the "important" people started working from home the company stopped caring about its employees. It was very sad to see
