Excellent benefits plan, very low cost medical and family oriented culture Opportunities to grow beyond current position Stable and consistent work and the company is growing. Technically challenging roles in a growing industry.

Excellent onboarding experience and the orientation was very well done, I had a fully configured laptop ready to go on day 1, the employees are fully engaged and happy to work here. The executive team has built a very inclusive culture and they are open to new ideas. They really work hard to put every employee in a position to succeed and I love the flexible work schedule.

Cons

I haven't seen any cons as of yet, they have 2 floating holidays and you get off your birthday! I have never received that benefit in my life.
