Pros

Great people, great benefits, overtime offered often. Depending on how much you’re liked there is room to move up.

Cons

Long time employees making less than the entry level pay. Can be unorganized, and usually when a lower lever employee gives feedback they say they’ll take things into consideration but never do. They do not listen to the people actually doing the jobs.

Pros

Health Insurance is good AA++ Good Co workers but they look low energy these days.

Cons

Bad Management Team in Assembly and Test ( Engineering and Production) Never Trust your managers and your leads Communications is poor and unprofessional Errors in Instructions from meeting with managers and leads. Dough boy manager- avoid and cannot be trusted The management team are the Rats the president speak about. 401K is not good in comparison to other organization. Zero diversity. No increments sometimes. Low bonuses even though the President will claim the year to year growth is 10-20%?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have had a less than positive experience with management. We encourage employees and leaders to have meaningful 1 on 1 meetings where they can share any issues or challenges they are having in their job. We also have dedicated HR Business Partners by department to support teams and talk through any concerns you are having, and we are always available to employees when they need help. We are currently providing company-wide leadership training for our managers to help them to learn, improve, and grow as managers, and focus on development is stronger now than ever before. We hate to see disparaging comments about employees, and would still encourage a dialogue about the root of these issues. You can contact us at humanresources@rocelec.com to discuss further. Our turnover as a company is actually quite healthy, and at under 10% annualized rate (below industry standard in technology and manufacturing). We are happy to hear you are pleased with our healthcare benefits. We take pride in offering affordable, high quality benefits for all our employees and offer platinum level program. Regarding the feedback about our 401k offering, this is something we are evaluating for next year’s plan design. Our goal at Rochester is to continue to learn and improve as an organization, and while it’s disappointing to hear your experience, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
