Pros

The benefits were okay, but not outstanding. Offer tuition reimbursement, but only 50%.

Cons

The other reviews you see here about poor management are 100% true. Longtime employees are allowed to bully their direct reports and upper management turns a blind eye. You can be an exemplary employee and all it will get you is more bullying and then a claim that you're not performing. Managers play all sides and badmouth direct reports behind their back to other teammates. Do not recommend at all. I can't wait to see HR's response to this about how things are changing. It's all bull. You can't polish a sneaker. The M.O. at Rochester is "pass the buck, point the finger and cover your own behind".
