Low morale, toxic workplace, management doesn't even bother to personally visit the production floor. There is a massive disconnect between management and the hands-on techs and machine operators, all they see and care about are spreadsheets and numbers. As an employee all you are is a number to them. There is so much bureaucracy process improvements are near impossible.
