- Rochester has one of the most ingenious business models based on stocking and even recreating older obsolete electronic components. That business model is extremely unique and lucrative. - The best healthcare benefits by far. - Establishing a plastic packaging assembly facility in Massachusetts is a great idea.

Cons

- Tremendous riff exists between ownership. - Good ole boy leadership team keeps things stale. - HR is sneaky and uses tactics to entrap employees. Don’t support managers.
