Benefits are great. Better work /life balance than other companies.

Cons

Nepotism, unprofessional environment, extreme favoritism, training is less than mediocre. Management and their favorite buddies stab you in your back as often as they can. Not allowed to move up in the company. Conpmay is far from honest.
