      The pay and benefits are great. There are plenty of advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      The company has been bought out a few times since I started, since then the employee moral has gone down. There are more contractors working for the company and less employees. Employees are doing twice, if not more work than ever before.

      IT, and purchasing are a nightmare to get anything done, unbelievable the hoops you have jump through to get simple things done
