Pros

Large Employer to support, many different departments. Nothing is routine and learn something new every day. Fast Paced, no day every drags

Cons

Lot of departments to learn, takes a long time to obtain comfort level. Many vendors and programs to work with. No additional bonuses since we are funded by taxes.

Pros

For the most part you work with good people. Staff there do care and try to make a difference.

Cons

Building itself needs a lot of work, equipment is old and outdated. Work culture is negative, due to administration not having an understanding of what staff actually have to do. Decisions are made in other building by people who have never had the experience of working there or even been in the building.
