Great support from my bosses who took a personal interest in my progress, friendly environment from fellow researchers

Cons

One of the disadvantages were the long hours, which realistically could not be helped given the nature of the lab work that was being carried out

Great people, great scientific minds, beautiful campus, great place to do science. The reputation is amazing amongst the people in life sciences area.

Cons

Pay could be higher. Some core facilities needs a serious update of their old equipments.
