      Depending on where your parking is, you may have to wait for a shuttle to get to the office.

      - Extremely autonomous culture, no micromanagement - Leaders are invested in helping you develop yourself and your role - Lots of interactions between all levels of leadership - Career pathway opportunities for all levels of seniority

      Cons

      - the company is still smaller, so development/transfer opportunities are still restricted, but increasing as the company grows - as the company grows, the need for space to fit all of us grows!
