      There are none. Lack of vision

      They turn everyone into telemarketers. No vision Bad support. Mgmnt is lazy. Don’t know a thing about real estate.

      Not Real Estate, just a call center

      Pros

      Benefits are phenomenal -Health (a bunch of options) -great PTO -401k w/ match -Stock purchase plan at a discount -OT paid at time and a half Some awesome team members to commiserate with and try to keep motivated together.

      Cons

      -Horid base pay with minimal commission (penny’s on the dollar compared to a “traditional” agent) -entire focus is a call center -no ability to actually help a client -not actually a full service listing, there is nothing to help the house sell other than getting photos done. -limited interaction with leadership. -no explanation on why change is happening (and it happens daily) -meaningless competitions just to get more dials.

      It's a good introduction to sales

      Pros

      Culture is cool. A little over the top, but at least they're trying. Not as crazy about production like other companies at the FOC, but still have expectations.

      Cons

      Schedule changes regularly. Not transparent. Titles and roads to promotions are not the same for everyone. I understand this part of the company is kind of new, but I couldn't tell you what some of the "job tiles" mean and why someone gets it.
