      Pros

      1. Great Benefits 2. Friendly workplace and values the importance of family. The team I am on really comes together when someone needs to take a day off because of a sick child or family member and that means the world because not every job is like that. 3. Leaders are open to growth and communication. 4. Great to be part of company that is rapidly growing and you can see the impact of your work on that growth.

      Cons

      There are some jobs that require long hours and working on the weekends.
