      This company culture is AMAZINGG and is Family to me. Very supportive of your goals and anything you want to purse. As many things we execute on we always find time to have some fun while getting the job done and i appreciate the recognition that is always given.

      Cons

      I been here for about 7 months now and have not yet found any cons to be honest of this company. We truly go by the ISMS of figuring it out and they always be sure to make sure everyone is happy.

      So many opportunities to contribute to the growth of the Company including process development, technology improvements and professional growth. 1:1s with your Leader provides individual attention that helps to ensure that both parties are on the same page with deadlines, expectations and career path.

      Cons

      Business needs may change so quickly that projects currently being worked/created may no longer be applicable.
