      Health benefits, PTO, some areas allow you to work remotely full time.

      Cons

      Management Communications Gaslighting Does not follow company values (isms) It’s a frat party Employees are unprofessional. They wear fuzzy slippers in the office with their chest falling Will give a million dollars to one team member but claim budget issues prevent them giving all team members a bonus

      Benefits PTO When you have a leader that knows the role and wants to develop people....

      When you have a leader that doesn't know the role or wants to be left alone, you are at the mercy of team members for assistance. It was puzzling when I would ask my leaders for help, "they would say I do not know, I never did your role. " Then they would say let me know if you ever need anything. The culture is now a drink the kool aid environment, hardcore politics. The isms will be used against you if you bring up any concerns.
