There is visible commitment from senior leaders to guide the company through the transition and position it for long‑term success.

Cons

While the company is moving forward, the recent reduction in force has increased workloads and there is still come continued uncertainty. However, communication during and after the transition was transparent and continued consistent transparency will help teams feel supported.
