      Culture, trust, and competency have gone downhill

      Pros

      There used to be a good company culture with good perks. Those were slowly stripped away...

      Cons

      Confused, indecisive leadership. Heavy favoritism for incompetent and malicious people. The inability of leadership to listen to scientists (the people doing the actual work) led to huge wasted capital, which led to scientists (the people doing the actual work) being laid off while the leadership responsible avoids the bloodbath. Not fun.

      Pros

      Had the opportunity to see this company first as a contractor than a full time employee and left later. There are (were) some amazing people driven by their passion and truly caring for the patients.

      Cons

      Divide within the company created by the very department responsible for fostering culture ultimately drove some people out. Head of HR/People just unbelievable in gossip and creating a politically driven environment with back channeling and favoritism. An org can't function like this.

      Pros

      Absolutely no pros. This was the worst leadership team I've ever worked with. I was paid well but it wasn't worth the mental anguish and trading in my integrity.

      Cons

      Leadership...but they finally got rid of the President/COO. Best thing they could have done- maybe there is some hope now.
