I feel like the pay is the only thing I can say here. While there are a ton of great benefits that offset this, with opportunities, relationships, experience but at the end of the day people want to be paid more. We are a very innovative company and are constantly growing, which means there is a lot of movement, this is a great thing, however, there are times that roles are created, or titles are given out that don’t fully do justice of the role. I think there could be a better alignment with external positions to set people up for success

1. The after hours meetings that go until 8pm. Sure, once the meeting is over you get 2 drink tickets and food but when you have a family, you just want to go home. You'll get guilted into not being a team player if you leave before the party. 2. Unrealistic expectations once you become salaried. Once you start making salary your hours expected go from 40-45 to 50-60. They expect you to answer emails and even calls at 9pm. They own you if you are salary. 3. They think your life should revolve around quicken. You're expected to be in love with the place and never have a bad day.
