      Pros

      Working in client service you are surrounded in a positive work environment, Great benefits, Hourly compensation but a bonus structure to gain more money based off production. Opportunities everywhere to grow in the company with hard work and dedication. Rock connections is a newer company being only around for 4 years opportunities are based on how you are preforming at the job not tenure.

      Longer hours on certain days can feel mundane.

      Your team members are like family and the medical benefits are great.

      Cons

      Everything about this job is horrible. Leaders treat you like crap. They don't ever recognize you for the things you do well. They have their favorites not to mention the lack of training and constant changing in policies. Meridian gets paid $16 an hour to do less than what is required of us when we only get paid $12 with no overtime and crapy bonuses. Because Rock is so new they want you to stay in your position for as long as possible even if you qualify for other positions so that they can continue to make themselves look good. They will look down on you can call you unprofessional if you seek over positions within the company. Please if offered a position run as fast as you can unless you're desperate this place is a joke.

      Pros

      I haven't been with the company very long, but so far I LOVE it. There is so much opportunity and its the hard work that pays off. It is the best work environment I have ever been in. I've gotten several of my friends into the company also and they love it too. I recommend it to everyone and not sure why people would want to leave! Downtown is amazing!

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints about this company... I just wish i made the move sooner that what i did!
