      WORST MISTAKE - LEFT TOTALLY DEFEATED

      Good compensation and benefits, as well as a nice work environment Training went above and beyond - top notch

      Cons

      The hours are ridiculous, upwards of 60-70 per week Many weeks are 7 day work weeks Schedule will show a day off, but then you are told you have to work your off day I was actually was told since I had custody of my children and no wife that I should find another job that was more conducive to having a family No support for people struggling to achieve goal - Only pats on the back for those over achieving Was not given lunch breaks & chastised for taking breaks to go to the bathroom Great money; however, you won't be able to find time to enjoy it

      Is you are sexually harassed or discriminated against (definitely if you have a disability) and speak up about being mistreated, you should expect to be fired for a most ridiculous reason on earth. no room for growth, poor leadership, no job security, stress, high expectations. because of this no one cares about their job anymore and it's turned into "it's not my job to do that". no one goes the extra inch anymore and it's from poor leadership. It's sickening seeing some of the things QL has done to clients and their employees.

      Cons

      Long hours Reduced pay for same amount of work. Leaders have no knowledge of the areas they are leading. Demoting leaders who have the most knowledge in the company and promoting people who just say yes.
