      Frat house

      Good money, good training, good insurance

      Cons

      It was a total frat house. The direct leaders were immature, only cared about you making them more money, and acted frat boys. Very unprofessional. It was common to see someone getting yelled at in their face like a drill instructor. It was even more common to see leadership harass and make fun of their employees to their face or behind their back. They would only hire other frat like guys. No work life balance at all, I was working 60-70 hours a week, that doesn't include team outings and volunteer work we also had to do

      Pros

      Free snacks & Redbulls, laid back dress code, getting to work independently, fun spirit week and holiday parties/activities.

      Cons

      Management is awful, be prepared to do the workload of 3 people while getting paid far less than the rest of your “team”. Enjoy free Redbulls & disgustingly flashy meetings in place of being paid fairly. If you don’t have a high school “clique” mentality & aren’t prepared to make working at QL your entire life & personality- this company is not for you.

      Some of the people you work with are cool, but that's about it

      Cons

      This place is a joke. I left another mortgage company to come here because they sell you on so many fake promises. Horrible environment with leaders who don't know how to lead and treat you like you're the dirt on the bottom of their shoes. I was here for less than a year and ended going back to the company I came from....don't believe what they try to sell you!
