Over half the leadership doesn't practice their own ISMs or live the culture. The pay is not at market level, even for highly-skilled and highly-qualified team members. If you're older, look elsewhere - you POV is not appreciated. A lot of the younger team members care more about their feelings and social issues than the actual work. Leadership is more about who is liked instead of who is doing the job and getting things done. I was told by my leader that the way I get things done is intimidating to him and other team members. Really? I show up every day and do my best. Isn't that what good team members and employees should be doing? Isn't that what the ISM is about - Innovation is rewarded and execution is worshipped. Not in IT.

The environment is basically a frat house. Men in leadership do as they please. Even if that means breaking the law. Harassment is not only allowed but practically encouraged. The HR team just ignores complains. The company turns a blind eye to harassment and the drug use in the office. The work environment is extremely stressful. A great deal of bankers end up taking medical leaves due to exhaustion. You are forced to stay in front of your computer 10 hours a day. It’s physically and mentally unhealthy. Leaders are disrespectful and aggressive. It’s so sad because the company used to be so much better. All they care about now is the stock price and making money! They treat people like robots.
