Pros

Easy to meet new people, working Downtown is cool, good pay.

Cons

Leaders can walk in at 10- 10:30 am everyday and still leave at 5, go to lunch for an hr+, decide last minute they want to work from home or call in but as team members, if you do these things, you'll be written up or fired. Ive seen many leaders go over to the daycare and have their baby/kid at their desk for half the day! If you're friends with the right people, you get away with anything. The work life balance is lacking. Don't get sick or you get guilted about not coming in. Team Leaders are given their positions based on previous production, not their actual ability to lead. Having the wrong leader is a death sentence at this company.

Pros

Great training, friendly atmosphere, very helpful coworkers

Cons

First 3 to 6 months you make $9 an hour, working 70-80 hours a week, dialing out to transfer potential clients to bankers. 700 dials a day are required, you will be staying late until you finish. Once you're a banker the hours do not get better. you will work 8am to 9pm every single day with one 30 min break all day, and even then you're expected to eat at your desk. Saturday hours are a little better, you work 8am to 6pm. If you're off pace you will work sundays as well. The sweatshop environment is very apparent in every aspect of this job. During callblock you cannot step away from your desk for any reason, even bathroom. If you'd like to be enslaved, go work at Quicken.

Pros

Incredible opportunity for growth and the ability to change your life forever. A challenge that helps you grow constantly to become a better person both professionally and personally. The ability to have fun and interact with people all over the country and build relationships. Great banter in the office and a great culture and atmosphere. The night before my interview at the company I came on glassdoor and saw a bunch of negative reviews about people that had worked here. I almost didn't go to my interview based on that. It would have been the greatest mistake of my entire life. My friend who referred me in and didn't even work for the company told me the people doing very well at the company making a great living for themselves didn't have time to come onto a website like this to say that. It's not about time, it's just if you're doing well something like this doesn't cross your mind. It's the quitters and people that had the wrong outlook that post on a site like this. This is my way of giving back. This company is incredible, and it will change your life forever if you let it. Stay open minded, do what your leaders tell you to, push yourself when it's uncomfortable, and become a better version of yourself. I came into this company $12k in debt, drove the same old beater car, lived at home with my Dad. Now I have a 401(k), money invested elsewhere, a great car, a house, and everything else I could ever want. I had to work hard for it, but it was all worth it. Disregard the negative reviews of the people that didn't push their comfort zone, worked like this was a job for a paycheck, and didn't realize the incredible life changing opportunity this company offers you; not only as a career and something you can excel at, but be passionate about, and change your life forever. Do whatever you can to work here!

Cons

Any con would be based entirely on poor mindset, lack of worth ethic, or the lack of ability to push yourself to overcome your fears to succeed. This is the best company I've ever had the pleasure to work at, and unlike the many companies before I could list con's against, this company has few to none to complain about.
