Be aware: They over-hire and lay people off frequently to make a profit.
Pros
Great exposure to hospitality vendors, very creative projects, casual dress attire, super talented people, good salary, access to the newest materials, and the amazing materials librarian.
Cons
Almost everything else - outdated office in desperate need of a renovation, no vacation time for Six months from start-date, long hours, egocentric managers, immature and unprofessional conduct by senior level staff (gossip, yelling etc), shockingly poor quality and rushed project documentation that will ultimately drive your vendors and consultants crazy and abuse their time and resources (lots of vendors have stopped working with them) possible poor ethics, they hire and fire as needed to make a profit. When I left they were laying off 20+ people yet still seeking new hires on job-boards. Some people no sooner made it to their six month mark and were laid off without ever taking vacation time. Not worth the risk.
