- Two nice senior staff.

Cons

- Backing stabbing staff with the belief that software makes the architect yet can't even put together a set of drawings. - Poor management/communication. - Superficial openness. - Interview should actually hire for what they people apply for.

Flexible working hours.. great material library resources

Cons

It's almost just subtle hints but very much obvious to Asian employees themselves that the creative work they've done was not getting enough credit, instead the PMs or the founder themselves who never created the actual work but talkative and out-going got it. A lot of technical and labor-intensive tasks were also assigned to them most likely.

Pros

Autonomy to design and ability to work on interesting hospitality projects. My colleagues and team members are fantastic.

Cons

Projects are fast and if you show that you can do things well, they give you more work and fewer resources. Senior leadership is hard to access and promotions are hard to get if you are not in the good graces of senior leadership. Favoritism is strong here.
