Pros

The exposure to high profile projects and clients cannot be beat. It is a great place to learn, but is not a place for long term career development.

Cons

The office culture and upper management do not invest in the low-mid level staff. In many ways, there is not a way "up" in the company. When people are promoted to Associate, it's really just an honorary title, it does not come with any added benefits.

- Friendly people & environment - Divided into studios so you get to be part of certain identity smaller group within big company - Strong interiors, if you are architect and looking to have more interaction with interior designer

Cons

- There are not many architects with technical ability - Management, such as placing people into projects according to their ability and schedule, can be bit unorganized

Cons

Mediocre pay and promoting. The company doesn't invest in employees and therefor there is a lot of turnover for jobs with better compensation and benefits.
