Pros

Great management and owner...very involved with the operation. They like to plan, so there were rarely surprises. Great way to run a business. Fun atmosphere and staff. I always felt welcome.

Cons

It was freaking loud there!!! You'll learn to lip read and keep short conversations. Not necessarily a con, but takes some getting used to.

Small time to chill out and have lunch, just 30-45 minutes, and usually in the office.
