Pros

They provide multiple training opportunities to help you grow and rise within the company. Company provides profit sharing and celebrates success. Family owned business that cares for its employee's to a level I have never seen before. Industry leader in safety. Great equipment and Technology team. I love that they empower employees and have a solid plan for success.

Cons

I would like to see more team building exercises that integrate multiple departments.
