Pros

No matter what department people are in, everyone is very friendly and helpful when you need it. I am enjoying my job and excited to go in every morning knowing that I work for a company that cares about their employees. Roers is a fast-paced company, that is very passionate about what we do. Everyone works hard and it pays off! Many growth opportunities for every role, generously compensated, great benefits, nice office with plenty of great co-working spaces.

- Being surrounded by a great group of hard working and fun people. - Ownership mentality over tasks within an autonomous work environment - Beautiful, spacious, light-filled office with unlimited snacks, free lunches, treadmill desks and lounge areas. - Owners are easily accessible & care about the growth of individuals.

Cons

- This company is fast-paced and there are a lot of moving parts, however, everyone is more than willing to help out and you have visibility into each department.
