Pros

work-life balance and they hire good people for the most part (they just can't keep them). Offer benefits and 20% rent discount at any property they own and manage.

Cons

very unprofessional corporate culture that includes gossip and talking poorly about others in the company. When issues are brought to supervisors or HR, those issues are swept under the rug and that person is forced out of the company because they don't fit in. Their employee retention is terrible which is why they have so many open opportunities.

You aren't just a number here - Voices are heard, your opinions matter, and your residents are treated as residents, NOT just another number. The properties that we own and manage are second-to-none and appointed with the best of the best finishes to create a quality experience for our residents, which results in tons of succcess for our company as a whole. We are growing so quickly, and the sky is the limit for future opportunities within the organization!

Cons

Because we are growing so fast, we are constantly moving and shaking. We aren't afraid to try and test things out and we work very hard. If you're someone who doesn't enjoy trying new things or working hard, this may not be the best fit for you.

I have been in the business for a while thus coming into contact with a variety of different companies but Roers company culture is by far the best experience I have had in my career thus far. Leadership listens to and values your feedback and you can really feel like you are actually a part of something here.

Cons

I have not had an experience that I would view as a con at this point.
