Snacks in the break room.

Cons

Very inexperienced leadership group, who promotes based on personal relationships rather than skillset or level of success. Management often lies or obfuscates about things that have a direct impact on employee pay. Turnover is extremely high, pay raises are minimal, as are bonuses, but company profits (allegedly) have never been higher.

Coworkers are great. Weekly lunches.

Cons

All the new construction jobs posted are not due to growth, but due to high turnover. Many talented employees leaving because of poor leadership decisions. The core values do not apply to leadership.
