They pay you and give you benefits

Cons

They will work you to the bone, hire new people that complain about pay and don’t help you, then don’t address your concerns about said employee and they give them a raise instead. They can’t keep people and will blame you and fire you when new people leave. Management doesn’t listen, they only hold select individuals accountable, they don’t promote growth, they talk terribly to their salesman and porters, just all around bad

Only pros is working anywhere other than service

Cons

In the service department, they don’t care about Technicians at all. They do anything and everything to cut our hours but put more money in the mangers pocket. By far the worst dealer I’ve ever worked for
