If you are in the inside circle you’ll be successful. But true leadership and contributions are ignored if you aren’t young, and fit the mold of what they want to project. Credit for real contribution is frequently stolen and claimed by others, while those that don’t fit the mold are set up to take the fall for poor performance of others.
