      Pros

      Working in ROKT is most certainly a breath of fresh air. Having worked for a number of sizeable companies in the past, joining this company was definitely a 'risk' for me, and is one I am glad I took. The experience has certainly changed my earlier concept of start-up companies. I will need more space to list the plus points that I have experienced personally, but more specific ones are: +Clear development plan (right from Day 1), +Specific and realistic goals (So you know where you are headed on Day X) +ROKT is growing fast, and so does its employees (Or maybe I should call us - partners for growth) +NO office politics (In the corporate world, this seems inevitable, but this is non-existent in ROKT)

      Cons

      -There is honestly not one that is worth mentioning. it all boils down to one's expectations, I guess.

      Pros

      The company (all levels of the team) enabled me to hit the ground running. Everything is fast paced, but all my new colleagues were willing to take the time to contribute to my onboarding. I'm excited to be a part of ROKT and motivated by the growth opportunities I have here. - Complete health benefits paid by the company. - Competitive vacation plan - BYOT - bring your own technology

      Cons

      - No 401k in the US

We do have a range of other benefits and comprehensive healthcare which is above the average standard for start up organisations in the USA which we know our staff enjoy having access to.

      Pros

      Supports and fosters the growth of every employee. You can tell the interest is beyond revenue with a strong focus on company culture and personal development of the staff. Key acquisitions in recent months lead to tremendous growth on the horizon. Really exciting time to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      Can be tricky to work with offices across time zones, but everyone makes it work.
