      - The company cares about your own personal development - Values your opinions - Relatively flat hierarchy - so need not feel like you can't speak up to your managers - Fun loving - Casual environment - Alot of room for growth

      Pros

      -Everyday is challenging but very rewarding -You aren't a small cog in a big machine here. Your work makes a visible and impactful difference on the organization -If you perform, there are numerous opportunities for personal growth and to be promoted to more senior positions -Because we are growing so quickly, it's all hands on deck. You will wear multiple hats that will stretch your capabilities -Work with the world's top advertisers and ecommerce players -The pay and benefits are quite competitive -Overall, it's a fun ride being apart of a fast growing tech startup. It's not for the faint of heart

      Cons

      -Because we are growing so quickly, there are some growing pains that can be frustrating at times. However, senior management is good at listening and addressing those concerns when you bubble them up.

      Great digital company with lots of opportunities for employees

      Pros

      - Incredibly smart, inspirational people in the management team to learn from - Really close-knit, welcoming and friendly team, no matter which global office you work in - Opportunities to really grow within the business, no matter what level you are at - Despite being global and expanding quickly, the senior management makes a big effort to keep everyone feeling like a team, with full company meetings every month and everyone flown into the one office a few times a year for a company party

      Cons

      - Still undergoing a lot of change in terms of product and growth, so expect your day-to-day role to change a lot - Because of this fast-paced nature, also expect to work outside of 9-5 hours and be prepared for priorities & deadlines to shift
