      Amazing people, a constantly evolving environment and endless possibilities

      * A very unique company in a fast growing sector * So many interesting and talented people around you * Close-knit group all the way through from senior management to the newest starter. * Literally at the forefront of digital advertising * Always growing but currently in its most exciting growth period - establishing itself as a truly global company * Work hard, play hard * Open floor for ideas and contribution. * Working closely with all parts of the business. * Challenging and ambitious goals

      Cons

      * It is a startup with big ambitions so expect to sometimes work long hours and spread yourself thin. * An evolving environment will always mean change. Sometimes this can be frustrating however the end goal is always clear and the CEO is great at steering the ship, ensuring everything and everyone is on the same page.

      My world was ROKT!

      Pros

      You'll be hard pushed to find a better team to be a part of. ROKT have big ideas and the people/technology in place to be able to bring them to life. Biggest pro's are: - Inspirational leadership team to mentor you - Rapid company growth with opportunities across the globe - Have a direct impact on the business - ROKT hires well to ensure company ethos is maintained - ROKT values it's people and encourages development

      Cons

      - Working at ROKT is addictive so it's difficult to switch-off - The pace is fast so you'll need to keep up - Cafe patron hangovers are an inevitable part of ROKT life!
