Wildly innovative, strong leadership, a brilliant concept being expertly executed by a great group of very smart and capable people, a fantastic culture...I could go on and on.

Cons

Nothing really...A little short on workspace because of the fast growth but even that has some advantages

Pros

The Management Team here includes some of the best and brightest in the industry. Moreover, they are smart enough to recognize that great ideas come from a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences, and therefore strive to include and incorporate all viewpoints.

Cons

No cons in terms of the team, mission or work environment. More office space/parking would be great, both of which are being worked on.

Pros

The heads of the company have about as much experience as one could get in the real estate industry. They are involved and energetic about making decisions and moving forward / scaling up. Great benefits as far as insurance, and vacation time allowed. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of dogs around if you're into that sort of thing. Everyone is pretty friendly and enjoys working with one another.

Cons

As with any startup, systems don't always work correctly. That isn't a problem, but the ability to get focus on higher priority problems can sometimes be defused between other active issues. A lot of dogs around, which is a problem if you're not into that sort of thing.
