Pros

The team at Roofstock is one of the most intelligent, driven teams I have had the pleasure of working with. Unlike many start-ups, the culture and atmosphere are very mature, and the level of transparency from the top down is motivating. Our goals as individuals, teams, and a company are well thought out and expressed, and everyone is grinding day in and day out to get us where we need to be. The Roofstock platform is extremely unique but very easy to understand, and is being improved and polished everyday. Also, dogs!

Cons

I probably don't need this much exposure to peanut M&Ms and chocolate covered almonds, but I guess there are worse problems to have.
