Pros

I like working hard and striving for something great. As a result, I was intrigued by the ambition of this firm. People want to be the best, and do really great work. This firm goes all out for their clients. Salaries tend to be at or slightly above average.

Cons

Staff gets overworked in the name of catering to attorneys. Some attorneys don't deserve catering to. Furthermore, staff aren't punching bags and are people too. This isn't an environment where people can say what's truly on their minds. If you just want to work and take whatever they give, then fine. Otherwise, this isn't the place for you. Staff is truly used and abused and not appreciated for being the foundation that lawyers stand on.

Pros

Some of the people. Some of the training. Daytime training was really good. Night training was non-existent

Cons

Clicky, backstabbing, arrogant. Middle management should learn the employment laws in Mass 3 person team, lead and two equal secretaries. Lead returning to day work. One employee, prior managing partner assistant who thought she was god's gift to the firm and the lead who would sign off on work and then try to back peddle. These two young women were clicky and backstabbing and ignored me. After signing off on my work without reviewing it she refused to take responsibility. Because I wouldn't I was terminated without being asked for my version of events. I wanted to work for this firm for years. I monitored their job openings and accepted an offer regardless of other posts I read here. I have never had such a bad experience and strongly suggest that you take a pass on this firm regardless of how good it sounds.
