Pros

I LOVE MY JOB!!! Great Flexibility. Great opportunity to move up within the company. I have been with Rose as a FTE for almost 4 years. I started as a contractor in a support role, assisting contractors with their timesheets, payroll, time off requests. I moved into a perm role after about 3 months of bein a contractor. I then moved into a Resource Manager role, managing referred contractors for Fortune 500 clients that were identified by the client. I managed and on-boarded over 500 contractors, including managing and processing H1-B Visas, TN Visas, and Student Visas. I then was asked to move into a new branch being formed and learn the recruiting side. I manage contract positions and recruit for local and national Fortune 500 accounts, from Business Professional to IT Professionals.

Cons

Commissions could be structured better. Would also like to see a more competitive and affordable insurance plan.

Pros

The recruiter that I worked with was very knowledgeable, caring, and showed me that she and Rose International had my best interest at heart. There was never a time that my concerns were not addressed. In addition, there was never a time that me mentioning my concerns seemed to bother her. She did whatever she could to assist me. She went above and beyond the scope of what I had experienced in the past in the way of a contractor/recruiter relationship.

Cons

The cons are that there are no bonuses for contractors that show exemplary performance, and that there are no sick/vacation times for contractors that work a predetermined amount of hours.

Pros

Communication was great. The specific agent I worked with knew all the details about the job

Cons

They are a staffing company mainly for contract positions. Finding a FT perm positions with them is rather difficult

We appreciate your positive feedback and are glad that you found us to be helpful and courteous. We are a staffing company that fulfills contract positions at our client companies. Some of our clients do hire our contractors after an assignment ends, but this is at the will of the client and on a case-by-case basis. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope that you will keep us in mind the next time you are seeking a new assignment.
