If you don't like your family it's a great place to work on account you'll never see them. Your always at work.. There solution to every problem is,work more hours.

Provides employees with a great opportunity to provide safety devices that saves lives. Insurance cost is very minimal to the employee when compared to other companies.

Cons

Benefits are not as good as other companies. They only provide up to 3 weeks of vacation max which is only earned after 10 years of employment.
