It is close to home for me. The people are good. Overall they are working hard at creating a good working environment.

Cons

They are currently in a time of growth which is creating a bit of a strain on everyone as they work out the best way to handle it.

Decent starting pay. Perfect for entry level to gain some mechanical and electrical experience. Open doors to discuss problems with higher management and engineers.

Cons

No one on one review for raises. Raises are not the best. Work load seems to be overwhelming at times. No communication with higher management about work schedule. Management could be more professional.
